 To cite an example, we have studied and devised an "MIS FOR TOP MANAGEMENT" for a multi-product, multi-company, multi-location Group.  The objectives achieved through this was to free Management time by facilitating MANAGEMENT BY EXCEPTION, introduction of a self-monitoring, self-evaluating, self-correcting MIS system for HODs and laying the foundation for varied activities like performance appraisal / computerization facilitation etc.
