Mr. S.T.Shah, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary heads the company. He has been in the profession for over 35 years. Drawing from his exposure in the areas of finance, Company Law and HRD, the company has rapidly progressed. A management consultant for almost two decades, he is also Professional Director on the boards of several well known companies.

Mr. Snehal Shah, Managing Director
An enterprising and dynamic young Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Mr. Snehal Shah is in charge of both Finance and HRD divisions.
He has been involved right from the grassroots level in all the functions of finance division. In the HRD division, he is mainly responsible for senior level and overseas recruitment. He has been instrumental in the computerization of both the divisions. A member of the think-tank, he seeks to promote productivity, improve customer relationships and ensure employee satisfaction. Not afraid to take risks, he is creative and encourages changes which enhance the efficiency and productivity of the company as well as that of the clients.
